Refund policy

We offer exchanges or store credit on merchandise purchased online and in-store. We will accept merchandise up to 14 days after delivery and purchase date with tags in place and original receipt. We offer free shipping for one exchange within Canada, shipping will be at your own cost thereafter. Contact us at studio@shelleyklassen.com to request a return. Please include order number and reason for return or exchange in email.

Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and suitable for resale for all exchanges in-store and online.

Sale items are non refundable but can be exchanged.

Accessories, Custom Orders and Altered merchandise are Final Sale.
